Option 1
Luxury studio apartment 56 sq metres on the second floor next to communial swimming pool and coffee shop, air conditioned with large double glazed patio door on to private balcony. Fitted with cable TV DVD, Wi-Fi internet plus a fully fitted kitchen. The bathroom is fitted with walk in shower and granite tops with a constant hot water supply from solar heating from the roof of the 7 storey building. The condo resort also boasts a sauna and a well equiped gym in an joining building.
Location
The apartment is opposite the immigration centre which is some 3 minutes walk from Jomtien beach, shops and good quality restaurants. There are regular taxis into Pattaya for more restaurants, shops and entertainment.
Cost
From £22 GBP per night if you book for 14 nights or more free transfer for two persons from Bangkok Airport, Bangkok City and return. Price includes cleaning and laundry and all utility bills. Reduction for long stay one month or more.

Option 2 (Sleeps 4)
Luxury one bedroom apartment 122sq metres on the 6th floor of a 7 storey building with large balconys on 2 sides of corner apartment with sea views. There are two double glazed patio doors leading onto the balcony from the bedroom and living area. The apartment is equipped good quality furniture including a newly installed pull down double bed in the lounge. We have Wi-Fi internet, HD TV plus DVD both in the lounge and bedroom with cable or UBC feeds. Large fully fitted kitchen with granite tops and teak cabinets.
Location
The apartment is next to the immigration centre which is just 3 minutes walk from Jomtien beach.
Cost
From £40 per night for 2 people or £50 per night for 3 or 4 persons. If you book more than 14 nights we will provide free transfer from Bangkok Airport or Bangkok city and return.
